On April 19, 2018, the Pennsylvania PUC adopted a Joint Motion by Chairman Brown and Vice Chairman Place regarding implementation of Act 40 of 2017. A Final Implementation Order for Act 40 of 2017 (Act 40) will be prepared and published in the Pennsylvania Bulletin and posted on the PUC’s website.
