On August 2, 2018 the Commission issued an Opinion and Order to Act 40 of 2017. The Opinion and Order allows for entities beyond the EDCs and EGS to file petitions (instructions for filing petitions can be found in the Secretarial Letter issued May 16, 2018 located here and at the PUC website), addresses concerns about confidentiality and removes the 60 day filing deadline.
